The International Zavoisky Award

The establishment of the International Zavoisky Award was initiated by Prof. K.M. Salikhov in 1991 following consultation with the international community of EPR scientists. This Award is supported by the Zavoisky Physical-Technical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Kazan State University, the Tatarstan Academy of Sciences, and the Springer-Verlag Publishing House (Wien, Austria).

The Award is recognized by the AMPERE Society, the International EPR (ESR) Society, the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the President, the State Council and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.

International Zavoisky Award is internationally recognition as one of the major awards for scientific achievement.
